PSPRS has posted individual Hall-Parker lawsuit contribution refunds to the Members Only, Employer and Local Boards website portals.
In 2016, the Legislature passed Senate Bill 1428, which creates new benefit provisions for Tier 2 PSPRS members (not CORP or EORP) hired between January 1, 2012, and June 30, 2017, and for Tier 3 members who will be hired on or after July 1, 2017.
