Summary of Plan Modifications Associated with Senate Bill 1609

The 50th Legislature – First Regular Session adjourned April 20, 2011.  Senate Bills 1316, 1317 and 1609 were passed and would make statutory changes to the PSPRS, CORP and EORP.  Senate Bill 1609 (referred to as the Pension Reform Bill); will have the most significant impact to our members (current, future and retirees).
