Statement on the passing of Officer Darrin Reed
19-year police veteran slain in the line of duty in Show Low, AZ
ARIZONA – PSPRS System Administrator Jared Smout released the following statement regarding the in-the-line of duty death of Officer Darrin L. Reed of the Show Low Police Department:
We are deeply saddened by the tragic line-of-duty death of Officer Reed and offer heartfelt condolences to his family and the Show Low Police Department. We have the deepest respect for Officer Reed’s bravery, service, and sacrifice to Arizona, and wish his family, friends and Arizona’s law enforcement community our unwavering support.”
