Continues CORP, EORP, and PSPRS for ten years through December 31, 2016.

H2336:����������� COMPENSATION; OFF-DUTY PAY - PSPRS

 

Definition of �Compensation� was expanded to include off-duty pay if the pay is approved by the employer and transmitted through the employer�s payroll system to PSPRS.� Additionally, the contributions made to PSPRS shall be made only if the employee agrees that both the employer and employee contributions are deducted from the off-duty pay.�

S1357:������������ SPECIAL RETIREMENT PLANS; AMORTIZATION

 

Amends existing language to �beginning July 1, 2005, a rolling period of at least 20 and not more than 30 years amortization is established by the Fund Manager taking into account the recommendation of the actuary.� The employer contribution rate shall not be less 10%.�

Amends a number of existing statutes to include definition of salary, catastrophic disability, killed in the line of duty, same position, transfers, �cherry-picking� and disabilities.
