The Board of Trustees for the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) voted on Friday, July 11, 2014 to place Administrator James M. Hacking on paid administrative leave effective July 16, 2014, and negotiate the terms of his termination by July 21, 2014.

PSPRS Board Chairman Brian Tobin expressed gratitude to Mr. Hacking for his nine years of service to the State’s public safety retirees as the system Administrator. "PSPRS remains strong and secure even as this change occurs,” Mr. Tobin said. “We have dedicated employees who will continue to work hard protecting the investments of retirees and active members."

As PSPRS adjusts to these changes, we want to thank our dedicated employees and express gratitude to pension recipients for their support. Read More
