New Document: Comparison of ASRS and CORP retirement systems |
Legislation: The Governor recently signed into law HB2482, which was passed by the 47th Legislature – 2nd Regular Session on May 2, 2006. HB2482 is a new payment option for retiring CORP members with over 24 years of credited service. It is now identified in Chapter 241, Laws 2006, and commonly known as both “CORP Reverse DROP” and “CORP Return to Work.” In an attempt to provide a quick draft summary of this new Legislation, CORP provides the following: HB2482 |
