Correction; Servicing Banks
This striker bill was amended to require state entities to make monthly or quarterly reports available to the public of those public monies and investments in the private sector that exceed $25,000.

2411 Retirement;
Elected Officials
Elected officials, judges and full-time court
commissioners who are elected or appointed after December 31, 2005 would not be
eligible to participate in EORP, but instead would be required to participate
in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).
Elected officials, judges and full-time court commissioners who gained
membership in EORP prior to that date would have the option of transferring
membership from EORP to ASRS, or continuing in EORP. Beginning in 2006, the fund manager may require employers to
contribute additional amounts needed to properly fund the plan.

EORP; Surviving Spouse
Would increase a surviving spouse’s pension under ARS 38-807 from 75% to 80% of member’s pension.
