Federal 1099-R tax forms will be mailed to all benefit recipients of PSPRS-managed plans and to former members who have refunded from PSPRS-managed plans by January 31, 2023. Please allow 7 - 10 days to arrive. PSPRS expects to make 1099-R forms available online to benefit recipients in the Members Only portal by mid-February.
1099-R forms are mailed to the address on file for retirees and former members who have refunded from PSPRS-managed plans. If you moved in the past year, you must update your mailing address no later than January 6, 2023 for the change to be effective. To notify PSPRS of an address change please submit an Address Name Change Form or an Authorization for the Release of Information Form via fax, mail or email to PSPRS.
