Federal 1099-R tax forms are available online through the Members Only portal. Hardcopies will be mailed to all benefit recipients of PSPRS-managed plans and to former members who have refunded from PSPRS-managed plans by January 31, 2024. Please allow 7 - 10 days to arrive.
1099-R forms are mailed to the address on file for retirees and former members who have refunded from PSPRS-managed plans. Retirees and former members can update their addresses by submitting an Address Name Change Form or an Authorization for the Release of Information Form via fax, mail or email to PSPRS. PSPRS will send any returned 1099R forms to updated home addresses. Additionally, If you are seeking tax documents for a deceased member of a PSPRS-managed plan, please complete and submit the Public Records Reproduction Request Form via fax, mail or email.
