MEMBERS ONLY PORTAL CHANGES FOR ACTIVE MEMBERS
New registration required September 8, retirees not affected
PSPRS will be changing the Members Only site to create easier access and improved security for active contributing members of PSPRS, CORP and EORP.
The change will allow all active members of all plan tiers to access their contribution records and account information through a single portal.
This change takes effect Wednesday, September 8, 2021, and the required account reset is part of PSPRS’ continuing efforts to provide cybersecurity upgrades while making the log-in process for members more convenient.
The pending changes do not impact retiree, employer and local board portal access. Active contributing members will be re-routed Wednesday, September 8, 2021, to reset their accounts in order to resume access to all personnel account information, including:
- Retirement benefit estimates
- DROP estimates
- Contribution statements and history
- Beneficiary designation display
Q: How will I know if the enhancements apply to me?
A: Links and instructions for re-registering on the new site will appear for all affected members who attempt to log-in to their Members Only account on and after September 8, 2021. There will not be a notice for members who are not impacted by the coming changes.
Q: Can members simply reactivate their accounts or do accounts have to be changed?
A: Active contributing members will be re-routed upon log-in and must complete a re-registration to access their Members Only account. Those unaffected by the changes will not experience any changes in the log-in process.
Q: Can members use the same Usernames and Passwords?
A: Active members will be required to use their email address as their “user ID” and selected passwords must meet industry standard security requirements:
Valid password instructions:
· Minimum of 8 characters in length
· At least 1 upper case
· At least 1 lower case
· At least 1 number
· At least 1 valid special character: ! ? # $ * _ - + =
