The STARS system improves all account functions, including allowing users to view benefit and account information, update contact and personal details and communicate securely with PSPRS.
Once you open STARS link below, click Register, verify your identity and complete the two-step authentication process to gain access. Please review this guide for first-time account registration assistance.
Users are encouraged to review, and, if necessary, update their contact information, mailing address and beneficiaries.
IMPORTANT STARS UPDATES
- The member retirement benefit estimator is fully functional and able to create the Pension Summary Letter with milestone calculations, maximum benefit and “high-three” average salary information.
- The DROP benefit estimator now provides a full 60-month payment schedule. However, DROP entrance dates on or after July 1, 2026, will not include interest calculations until the June deployment of STARS enhancements.
