Be alert and if anything seems off, go directly to the PSPRS website rather than following a link in an email.
It’s always a good idea to double-check the sender’s email address or the caller’s number. If the contact makes the action feel urgent in a suspicious way contact PSPRS directly using our official phone number or website. Never click on suspicious links or provide personal information in response to a request like this. Remember, PSPRS will never ask for your password or full Social Security number over email or text.
