Members of PSPRS-managed Plans, employers, local boards, policymakers and the public may direct inquiries to the office Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, excluding state holiday's listed below; however, to ensure that the appropriate staff member is available, we encourage you to set up an appointment prior to visiting, as well as member and retiree walk-ins are welcome to come into the office prior to 4:00pm.  In order to best provide information, take a look at the following options:

If you were unable to find your answers on our website, or have a suggestion for website improvement, you are welcome to email your questions through our Online Form, or; inquiries will be answered within 2 to 3 business days.

Address, Email, and Name Changes

Active members must submit a completed Form 9 located on the forms and resources webpage. Retirees may use the Form 9, or update their contact information through their Members Only account. Note, the online option is only available for retired members.

Requesting Public Records

To obtain records maintained by PSPRS pursuant to state and federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) laws, please complete and submit a Public Records Request Form.  You may return the form by mail, fax or email to, but please note that a signature is required as we cannot accept an electronic signature.  Additionally, PSPRS strives for transparency, but is prohibited from disclosing documents considered exempt from public disclosure under state law. A specific exemption to public disclosure exists in order to protect PSPRS investments and proprietary information and strategies of PSPRS investment partners.
