1099-R tax form notice for retirees and former members
Forms to be mailed late-January, available online soon after
Federal 1099-R tax forms will be mailed to all benefit recipients of PSPRS-managed plans and to former members who have refunded from PSPRS-managed plans by January 31, 2022. PSPRS expects to make 1099-R forms available to benefit recipients on the Members Only portal by mid-February.
All 1099-R forms will be mailed to the addresses PSPRS has on file for retirees and former members who have refunded from PSPRS-managed plans. Please allow 7 - 10 days to arrive.
To notify PSPRS of an address change please submit either an Address Name Change Form or an Authorization for the Release of Information Form via fax, mail or email to PSPRS. Reprints of 1099-R tax forms may be requested by contacting PSPRS after February 6, 2022.
