Governor Ducey signed House Bill 2564 on May 16, 2018, which increases the base filing fees and adjusts distribution percentages to other funds that receive a portion of the fee, effective May 17, 2018. 

This memorandum serves to notify all superior and justice courts of changes to the base fees under A.R.S. §§ 12-284 and 22-281 and adjustments to the disbursement of fees percentages under A.R.S. §§ 12-284.03 and 22-281(C) as amended by HB 2564.

Court employees must fill out the appropriate new form, specific to their county, to send in with the appropriate court fee as mandated by the newly revised state law.
