The portal is accessible through the Members Only button in the top right corner on all pages of the PSPRS website. Members, retirees, and beneficiaries can click the “Forgot Password?” link to enter their email address to have password reset instructions sent to their email box. For security purposes, portal access will be denied after several unsuccessful login attempts. To regain access, please call PSPRS at (602) 255-5575.

Tier and benefit information of all types is available in the public safety, corrections and elected official sites within the PSPRS website. Open the Public Safety, Corrections Officers or Elected Officials membership pages for information

Applications submitted to PSPRS via email generate an automatic email response confirming receipt. For information concerning applications submitted via fax, mail or through walk-in office visits, please email [email protected] and allow 1-2 days for a response. Please note that incomplete or incorrectly filled applications can cause delay in processing.

DROP – Deferred Retirement Option Plan – details including eligibility, entering and exiting DROP processes, extended DROP, and use of the 401(a) defined contribution plan can be found on the public safety member DROP page. Similarly, corrections and detention officers can view the reverse DROP page within the corrections officer member site. Members can call PSPRS at (602) 255-5575 to schedule benefit consultations.

Each February, retiree 1099Rs are shared on the Members Only portal. They will also be mailed no later than Jan. 31, 2026 to home addresses listed in retirees accounts. Retirees are encouraged to log into their Members Only accounts to review and update if needed their mailing address to ensure tax information arrives promptly.
